Our Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a no-quibbles full money-back guarantee (minus the delivery fee). If you are not satisfied with your Bodytox products, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact our customer service team with your order number at hello@bodytox.co.uk
2. Send the product back in its original packaging together with a copy of your proof of purchase receipt
3. We will process your refund upon receipt of the returned items

Important Notes

• Please do not return your products to a store as they may have a different returns policy
• Refunds are limited to 14 boxes of foot patches and 1 bottle of Liposomal Glutathione per household
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we are unable to verify a legitimate sale
• The shipping fee is non-refundable

We aim to process all refunds within 15 working days of receiving the returned goods.
